The development of these web pages include a professional design
of simple graphics, i.e., buttons, links, titles, etc. The
design layout will reflect any type of personal theme or

What this price includes:
The design will include content and ideas that are obtained
by you.
This package includes a 2 day consultation package. These
days are necessary due to requirement gathering and
finalization, i.e., consultation of page layout design that
suits you or your organization (the theme), colours of text and
background, etc.
The design will include 1 'Contact Us' page that is used for
people to contact you.
The design will include a limited amount of simple graphics such
as buttons and image links. We can easily implement and
manipulate graphics that you already have. In addition we
will also scan any graphical images from documentation that you
provide to us.
Complex graphics that you require us to design is not part of
the package (unless scanned). See below for cost of
complex graphics.
Support & Maintenance (see below section for more
information)
After the project is complete and both parties are happy with
the final design, as part of this package we include a 14 day
support & maintenance package. This includes the following
services: (1). Minor content changes (within limit); (2).
Image updates (within limit); (3). Unforeseen broken links; (4).
General maintenance of site.
What it doesn't include is the following: (1). Additional web
pages; (2). Complex graphical design changes; (3). Web design
layout changes; (4). Search Engine submissions and reporting;
(5) Web hosting and email set up
We focus mostly on design and user friendliness so that your

an extra page to the above package. If you require 4 more pages
then we'll simply add it to the above package at the same cost
as the above package. Anywhere below 4 pages we'll just charge

Note: This does not include submission FORM pages. These
are priced at £69 per page.
Example: If you wanted 5 pages + an extra

A Complex graphic means a design that can be quite complex to
design in terms of time, effort, resource and the thought of the
design itself. This is also limited with the tools available. At
the same time the design must state it's purpose in a clear and
understanding way without obscurities.
This could be:

Note: You can only order this plan if you have already
ordered the '4 Web Page Design' above, otherwise this
cannot be ordered by itself.
If you wish to add new pages of a different layout design to
compliment your original '4 Web Page Design' then we can do this
for the cost opposite. This cost only applies to the first page
that is designed. If other pages of the same design are to be
added then the extra page fees will apply (see cost above).
Before we attempt to create a new design layout we will
examine your existing design layout and compare the new design
that you require. If we find that the design you want is similar
to the original design then we will just treat this as an
additional page, the cost above for extra pages still applies
which is far cheaper.

After a project is complete you have the option to take out a
Support & Maintenance contract for support of your web pages/web
site. This is critical to keep up to date with content
updates, graphical changes, etc.
This includes the following:
(1). Any problems arising from broken links to web servers going
down;
(2). Content changes;
(3). Image updates;
(4). General maintenance of site, etc;
(5). Consultation about anything to do with web pages/ web site.
What it doesn't include is the following:
(1). Additional web pages (extra fee based - see above);
(2). Complex graphical design changes (extra fee based - see
above);
(3). Major web design layout changes - slight changes are
possible depending on the amount of pages available;
(4). Search Engine submissions.

For those who do not, we also have an additional service that
